Yes. Every physician on TelehealthPH is licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and practices in accredited hospitals and clinics across the Philippines.
Our doctors handle common GP concerns — cough, colds, fever, allergies, UTI, skin issues, headaches, and chronic management for diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. If you need in-person care, your doctor will refer you to a nearby specialist or hospital.
We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and online banking. Payment is processed securely before your consultation begins. Subscription plans renew automatically unless you cancel.
Yes. Doctors can issue medical certificates and fit-to-work clearances when clinically appropriate. Documents are sent digitally to your phone or email and accepted by most employers.
Yes. E-prescriptions from PRC-licensed doctors are accepted at Mercury Drug, Watsons, South Star Drug, Rose Pharmacy, and other major Philippine pharmacies. Show the digital prescription on your phone at pickup.
