By accessing or using TelehealthPH ("the Service"), operated at telehealthph.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
TelehealthPH is a telehealth platform that connects users with PRC-licensed physicians for remote medical consultations via chat, video call, and phone call. The Service includes the issuance of e-prescriptions, medical certificates, and specialist referrals where clinically appropriate.
Important: TelehealthPH is NOT an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or loss of consciousness, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. The Service is not a substitute for in-person emergency care.
The Service is available to individuals located in the Philippines. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently. Individuals under 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must create and manage the account on their behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When you create an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Consultations are provided by PRC-licensed physicians who exercise independent medical judgment. TelehealthPH facilitates the connection between you and the physician but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The scope of telehealth consultations is limited to conditions that can be appropriately assessed and treated remotely. Your physician may recommend an in-person visit if they determine that your condition requires physical examination, laboratory tests, or procedures that cannot be performed remotely.
Consultation outcomes, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and recommendations, are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your symptoms, medical history, and current medications.
E-prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating physician based on clinical assessment. Not all consultations will result in a prescription. Prescriptions are valid only in the Philippines and are subject to applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Medical certificates are issued when clinically appropriate and reflect the physician's professional assessment. TelehealthPH and its physicians are not liable for how employers, institutions, or third parties interpret or accept these documents.
Fees for consultations are displayed on the platform before you book. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of the consultation, e-prescription, and medical certificate (where applicable).
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation at no charge up to 1 hour before the appointment time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:
Refund requests for other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] to request a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate mediation or file a complaint with the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
