Payment Processors: Your billing information is shared with our secure payment partners (GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard processors) to complete transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party companies to assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
