Health Information: During consultations, your doctor may record medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, and other clinical information necessary for your care. This includes any images or documents you share during a consultation.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you access and use our Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the platform. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our telehealth services
  • Facilitate consultations between you and licensed physicians
  • Process payments and send transaction confirmations
  • Issue e-prescriptions, medical certificates, and referral letters
  • Communicate with you about your account, appointments, and our services

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • Licensed Physicians: Your health information is shared with the doctor assigned to your consultation for the purpose of providing medical care.
  • Payment Processors: Your billing information is shared with our secure payment partners (GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard processors) to complete transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party companies to assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Security

We implement HIPAA-grade encryption standards to protect your data both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to personal and health information is restricted to authorized personnel through role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging. Medical records are retained in accordance with Philippine medical record retention requirements.
